About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, high-quality software solutions on the Salesforce Platform within an agile team environment.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, test automation, and documentation while ensuring validation against performance and security standards.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts, maintain operational stability, and drive application improvements through data analysis and insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Platform development including Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, and integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Administration tasks such as customization of objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and reports.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules including Lead/Opportunity Management, Territory Management, and Agentforce configuration.
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns specifically applied to Apex development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, and application resiliency and security in complex, regulated environments.
