About This Role
- Convert high-level strategic roadmap into a detailed, trackable execution plan focusing on engineering development milestones.
- Own day-to-day engineering development tracking, sprint ceremonies, CI/CD pipeline management, and QA/testing plan tracking for on-time delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships with full authority including contract performance, escalation, resource allocation, and post-release issue assignment and tracking, ensuring strict adherence to India data residency and infrastructure security requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in technical program or project management with hands-on CI/CD pipeline ownership.
- Proven direct experience managing vendor/contractor relationships with escalation and negotiation authority.
- Ability to run sprint ceremonies and resource multi-vendor teams effectively.
- Engagement type: Fixed-term consultancy for 12 months.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-vendor software development projects with emphasis on schedule adherence and quality gate enforcement.
- Comfortable with AI-accelerated engineering delivery models and building CI/CD pipelines that maintain high code-quality standards under accelerated timelines.
- Background or interest in public health or grant-funded programs is advantageous but not mandatory.
