Experience in developing and modernizing software systems supporting scientific or engineering workflows.
Ability to gather and translate requirements into software improvements and work closely with cross-functional teams (logistics and engineering).
Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments and distributed teams with capabilities in Java, JIRA, SQL, Git, and Linux environments.
