About This Role
- Lead and manage the Procurement and Upstream Supply Chain Engineering chapter, including full people management and career development of 50+ team members.
- Define and enforce technology standards, methodologies, and best practices; provide technology guidance to squads and help solve complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to strategic roadmaps, capability evolution, and ensure operational stability and security for Procurement and Supply Chain Tech platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in relevant leadership roles managing engineering teams.
- University degree in technology engineering or related field.
- Experience leading global teams across multiple international locations and managing performance of large teams (50+).
- Very good English communication skills, willingness to travel to Europe as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technology leader with a strong hands-on technical background in engineering management, preferably in Procurement and/or Supply Chain domains.
- Proven ability to manage large, matrixed, multicultural teams while driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Capable of aligning business and IT needs with formalized standards and collaborative technology governance.
