About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Radius product, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business objectives.
- Lead design, development, and modernization of complex enterprise capabilities using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
- Drive technical decisions across teams to improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and developer productivity while managing technical risks and product-wide architectural consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of hands-on software development experience with enterprise applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8 or above, modern .NET application architecture, Entity Framework Core, and Microsoft SQL Server including performance tuning.
- Proven track record in technical leadership and architecture in enterprise software, including design of scalable, maintainable software and modernization of legacy systems.
- Work Experience Required: 10–12 years as stated in the job description.
