About This Role
- Lead and manage the Procurement and Upstream Supply Chain Engineering chapter with full accountability for the performance and career development of 50+ team members.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and chapter strategies to support technology decisions, project delivery, and capability evolution in Procurement and Supply Chain Tech.
- Collaborate with squad and platform leads, senior management, and external vendors to drive technology guidance, operational stability, security, recruitment, and alignment on strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years in IT with at least 6 years of relevant leadership experience in technology engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- University degree in a technology engineering-related field.
- Experience managing large global teams (50+ members) across multiple international locations and cultural backgrounds.
- Good English communication skills; flexibility to travel to Europe when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical background with experience leading engineering teams and managing common standards in complex, dynamic environments.
- Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain technology and business domains preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to strategically plan and execute hands-on leadership combined with strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
