Experienced technology leader able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement in a complex, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Skilled in defining and enforcing engineering standards, fostering learning and innovation within large teams.
Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills with prior success managing large international engineering teams and collaborating across organizational levels.
