Lead Software Engineer

Lead architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of distributed Storage as a Service (STaaS) platform capabilities focused on Redis/Valkey and messaging services.

Design and implement cloud-agnostic, high-throughput, low-latency platform services including caching, key/value stores, distributed coordination, and messaging abstractions with delivery guarantees and operational features.

Own control plane features for resource provisioning, security, lifecycle, capacity, autoscaling, disaster recovery, and lead migrations while mentoring engineers and participating in incident response.

12+ years of hands-on software development experience in object-oriented languages such as C#, C++, or Java.

5+ years experience designing, implementing, and operating distributed/cloud platform services in production.

Proven expertise with Redis or Valkey including persistence, replication, clustering, failover, tuning, and capacity management.

Experience designing and implementing queuing, pub/sub, or messaging systems with delivery semantics, retries, dead-letter handling, and consumer scalability.

Experienced technology leader with deep expertise in distributed storage/messaging platforms and cloud platform service architecture.

Strong background building cloud-agnostic platform abstractions integrating managed services (Azure, GCP) with focus on security, operational standards, and multi-tenancy.

Demonstrated ability to lead migrations, define SLOs, lead large platform teams, and operate in infrastructure-as-code and DevOps environments.
