About This Role
- Lead and execute migration of APIs and related configurations from 3scale API Management to AWS API Gateway with minimal business disruption.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure API solutions integrating AWS services and container platforms.
- Develop migration strategies, technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in API Integration, Middleware Technologies, and AWS Cloud Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway, specifically in API Management platform migrations.
- Direct experience migrating from 3scale to AWS API Gateway is highly preferred.
- Experience with container platforms (Red Hat OpenShift, Docker), DevOps/GitOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform), and AWS security frameworks is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong with deep expertise in AWS API Gateway and API management migrations, especially 3scale to AWS.
- Experienced in designing secure, scalable API microservices architectures in cloud-native environments.
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration with architects, developers, and security stakeholders on enterprise cloud migration projects.
