About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and documentation of complex software modules independently and with the team to accelerate high-quality delivery.
- Review and refactor code for quality improvements; liaise with architects to propose and implement architectural changes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and other IT teams to estimate work, choose technical solutions, and ensure implementations meet requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, WebAPI).
- At least 2 years of hands-on leadership experience providing technical solutions to a team.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate degree (BE Computer Science/MCA or equivalent).
- Mandatory location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying SOLID principles, design patterns, n-tier architecture, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Familiar with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, with strong unit testing and TDD/BDD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work with globally distributed teams, communicate effectively, and handle complex business problems systematically.
