About This Role
- Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-scale Workday integrations including technical design, data mapping, and multiple integration patterns.
- Develop AI-enabled automation tools to improve integration development, testing, monitoring, and incident triage.
- Own end-to-end integration lifecycle and set integration standards, security controls, and architectural best practices across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software or integration engineering experience including 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Mandatory Workday Integration certification (e.g., Workday Pro Integrations or Workday Studio).
- Experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and scripting languages including XSLT, JSON, Groovy, or JavaScript.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced architect capable of translating complex HR business processes into scalable Workday integration solutions.
- Proficient in integrating Workday with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and middleware tools like MuleSoft or comparable platforms.
- Able to develop and implement AI-powered automation within enterprise integration environments with a focus on responsible AI use.
