About This Role
- Develop and maintain PySpark data pipelines and shared Python libraries for cyber incident data extraction, validation, and analyst reporting.
- Analyze ambiguous and complex source data to identify patterns, explain anomalies, and extract actionable insights for cyber defense incident response.
- Build and operate production Databricks jobs, enforce data quality and auditability standards, and create dashboards and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in information technology, with at least 3 years in cyber incident management or business continuity.
- Strong expertise in PySpark, Databricks (including Unity Catalog, jobs, notebooks), and Python engineering with modular libraries and testing.
- Proven skills in data analysis, production job orchestration, and ability to work accurately under pressure with changing priorities.
