About This Role
- Own and manage the on-site SAP landscape including ECC, BW, custom development, integrations, and critical business processes.
- Provide senior-level production support and AMS, including complex troubleshooting across ABAP, interfaces, batch jobs, and cross-module dependencies (MM, SD/AFS, FICO).
- Document SAP architecture, processes, and integrations; lead knowledge transfer sessions to offshore teams and establish sustainable long-term support.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with strong ECC, ABAP, and BW expertise.
- Experience in production support / AMS for complex SAP landscapes with multiple integrations.
- Preferred domain experience in Apparel, Fashion, Retail, Consumer Products, and SAP AFS is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST fully remote. Background check requires PAN, Aadhaar, and UAN.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technical-functional SAP leader with deep expertise in ECC, ABAP, and BW able to independently resolve complex production issues.
- Ability to navigate cross-module dependencies and trace cross-system interfaces and integrations.
- Experienced in leading knowledge recovery, documentation, and leveraging distributed SAP teams including offshore SMEs.
