About This Role
- Lead technical architecture and hands-on development of Webflow-based websites, ensuring high performance, scalability, and alignment with design mockups.
- Own integration of marketing systems (Marketo, GA4, Google Tag Manager) and handle troubleshooting of complex custom code and interactions.
- Manage and mentor the India web development team; accountable for team deliverables, quality standards, coordination with US leads, and documentation sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of web development experience including at least 3 years with production Webflow sites.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior or lead role managing developers or designers.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow CMS, custom code integrations, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
- Must be based in India with availability for some overlap with US business hours; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

- Proven ability to lead Webflow technical direction and build complex CMS-driven sites with strong attention to detail and performance optimization.
- Experienced in managing and coaching a remote India-based web development team with a focus on quality and process discipline.
