About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts with correlation, parameterization, and dynamic data handling.
- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and provide performance recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad.
- Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web applications, and distributed systems.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in performance testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.
- Capable of preparing detailed performance test reports and executive summaries.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on identifying and resolving performance issues.
