Experience designing and operating Kafka at enterprise scale with governed schema registries, and working knowledge of regulated data governance frameworks (FCA, GDPR or equivalent).
Experienced architect accustomed to designing and delivering complex, regulated Post Trade and financial data solutions on GCP with enterprise-scale event streaming.
Able to balance technical architecture rigor with pragmatic decisions under ambiguity and regulatory constraints, producing formal artefacts and design reviews.
Strong collaborator working across IT and business, comfortable influencing standards, governance, and mentoring teams rather than coding hands-on.
