About This Role
- Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and platform roadmap ensuring scalability, governance, and best practices.
- Lead large-scale enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations and platform transformations across modules such as ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and ITAM.
- Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub; oversee upgrades, performance optimization, and mentor technical teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with extensive ServiceNow expertise including proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead.
- Strong technical skills in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), CMDB architecture and governance, CSM implementations, and ITAM (SAM & HAM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server), and platform performance & security.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Certifications like CSA and CAD preferred; CTA highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and leading large enterprise implementations including multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow’s CSDM framework, ITIL principles, and enterprise architecture alignment (TOGAF familiarity preferred).
- Strong integration and automation skills with a focus on platform scalability, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
