Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Certifications like CSA and CAD preferred; CTA highly preferred.
Experienced in architecting and leading large enterprise implementations including multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow’s CSDM framework, ITIL principles, and enterprise architecture alignment (TOGAF familiarity preferred).
Strong integration and automation skills with a focus on platform scalability, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
