About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of iOS/Android engineers delivering the Intelligent Agreement Management mobile platform.
- Define and execute the mobile roadmap in partnership with Product, Design, and backend teams, balancing enterprise and consumer needs.
- Drive technical direction and architectural decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adoption of latest native mobile technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years software engineering experience with strong native iOS or Android development background.
- 3+ years engineering management experience leading native mobile teams.
- Hybrid work model with minimum 2 days/week in-office presence required.

- Experienced leader with proven success in building and retaining high-performing native mobile engineering teams.
- Strong technical expertise in native iOS/Android development and modern frameworks (e.g., SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose).
- Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA in Agile environments to deliver scalable SaaS mobile apps.
