About This Role
- Lead and execute performance testing activities using NeoLoad and JMeter including scripting, scenario design, test execution, and performance reporting.
- Manage the full performance test lifecycle encompassing workload modeling, test planning, execution, analysis, and tuning recommendations.
- Integrate performance testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and prepare executive dashboards and management summaries to communicate results.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on software performance testing experience specifically with NeoLoad and JMeter.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts like Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testing.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with performance test lifecycle management and CI/CD integration is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud execution and reporting using NeoLoad and distributed load generation with JMeter.
- Comfortable working both as an individual contributor and leading a performance testing team.
- Knowledge or exposure to automation/AI-assisted scripting tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), Agile methodologies, and use of tools like JIRA and GitHub for collaboration and tracking.
