Shift availability during 3pm-11pm UK time; work experience required: 2-4 years.
Experienced desktop support engineer comfortable in regulated financial or fintech settings with hybrid workforce support experience.
Skilled in automation concepts, device management, and incident resolution with a methodical, documentation-driven approach.
Able to work asynchronously in a global team covering different time zones, demonstrating ownership and collaboration across infrastructure, security, and business units.
