Experienced in operational support of cloud-native applications with microservices architecture on GCP.
Comfortable working in different shifts covering Bangalore location, with remote-first organizational setup.
Able to manage incident lifecycle using ITIL processes and work closely with CI/CD and monitoring tools for proactive application health management.
