About This Role
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Upstox's US Stocks platform targeting Indian investors accessing global markets.
- Translate market, compliance (LRS, tax, remittance), and user research into a prioritized backlog and ship features in collaboration with engineering, design, risk, legal, and support teams.
- Own and analyze key product metrics (activation, funding, trading frequency, retention) and run experiments to optimize the user journey and product impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of total work experience with meaningful time as a Product Manager.
- Prior experience in Equity, Brokerage, Trading, Investments, or WealthTech products is mandatory; direct US Stocks or cross-border investing product experience is a strong plus.
- Must be able to work 5 days a week from Mumbai office as per location and work arrangement requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to work with data for decision making and metric definition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Product Manager with prior roles in brokerage, WealthTech, or fintech platforms, preferably in India (e.g. INDmoney, Vested Finance, Winvesta, Angel One, Motilal Oswal, Samco).
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment with strong ownership and bias for action.
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management across engineering, compliance, legal, design, and business teams.
