About This Role
- Own end-to-end implementation process for Rippling’s products across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, ensuring alignment with customer-specific goals.
- Drive customer adoption by providing tailored guidance, best practices, and insights to maximize platform usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to improve customer success and influence product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of implementation and/or customer experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven project management skills managing multiple concurrent deployments.
- Mandatory hybrid work from Bangalore office with 3 days per week onsite.
- Must work in EST/PST shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing roles in HCM or IT domains such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity or Device Management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong at managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, rapidly scaling SaaS environments with a customer-centric approach.
