About This Role
- Design end-to-end UI/UX for web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences using Figma, ensuring intuitive and on-brand user flows.
- Maintain and scale a design system and component library to ensure visual consistency and accessibility compliance across digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with web development and marketing teams for accurate, responsive design implementation and support A/B testing initiatives to improve usability and conversion.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably for web or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience with portfolio.
- Ability to maintain working schedule overlapping with US business hours on some days for collaboration.
