About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Azure Cloud Services.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project risks, team mentoring, and Agile execution including ceremonies and backlog management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Azure platform.
- Proven experience managing Agile projects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Location: Indore / Pune / Hybrid setup.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years in IT with a focus on .NET and Azure technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale cloud-native applications and microservices architectures using .NET and Azure.
- Skilled in Agile project management and capable of leading cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps.
- Has technical certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PRINCE2, or Azure certifications and experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
