About This Role
- Lead Agile transformation efforts by coaching teams to adopt Agile principles and improve delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile team ceremonies and manage dependencies to ensure alignment and predictable delivery in a scaled environment (SAFe).
- Identify and remove impediments while supporting continuous improvement and sustainable delivery pace across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification mandatory.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach.
- Proven knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Work Experience Required: At least 6 years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coaching cross-functional, geographically distributed Agile teams within scaled environments such as SAFe.
- Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies and ability to foster collaboration and transparency among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to support Agile transformation initiatives and enable teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.
