About This Role
- Own end-to-end QA delivery for programs/releases including strategy, governance, and executive reporting.
- Lead test strategy definition, automation architecture, AI-assisted quality engineering practices, and quality metrics framework.
- Manage stakeholder alignment and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and SDLC standards across multiple teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proven ability to write automated tests using Java, TypeScript, or Python with tools like Playwright or Selenium.
- Expertise in JIRA, ALM tools (e.g., QTEST), and CI/CD tool integration (e.g., Jenkins).
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted testing concepts focused on validation, traceability, and controlled usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading QA strategy and delivery governance for complex programs across multiple teams.
- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted engineering practices responsibly within SDLC and coaching teams on secure, compliant AI use.
- Familiar with automation frameworks, defect management, and quality engineering standards in Agile/Waterfall environments.
