About This Role
- Lead product design and backlog management for payment solutions, ensuring alignment of functional and technical requirements with business goals.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and optimize payment operations.
- Analyze system data to identify trends and improvements, establish KPIs, generate reports, and drive initiatives to enhance payment system performance and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, focusing on payments or fintech.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and integration principles.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
- Work Environment: 4 days in office per week.
