About This Role
- Own the end-to-end UX strategy and design roadmap for Web and in-car infotainment products, aligning design vision with business KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a small team of UX/UI designers, managing workloads and reviewing design outputs for quality and consistency.
- Drive user research, usability testing, prototype development, design system establishment, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience focusing on complex web applications, responsive design, and digital products.
- Degree/Diploma in Product Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or Visual Design from a reputed institute.
- Proficiency with interface design tools (Visio, Figma, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, ProtoPie).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Automotive industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
