About This Role
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents using ReAct frameworks to enhance student services and admission processes.
- Build, optimize, and orchestrate multi-agent LLM-powered systems for document analysis, communication, and decision-making in educational workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with existing EdTech platforms and implement continuous monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for these agents.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in AI/ML development focused on LLMs and autonomous systems.
- Hands-on experience with React framework or similar agentic AI patterns and strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
- Deep understanding of LLM concepts including prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge of reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with cloud AI services (OpenAI API, Anthropic, Google AI) and strong knowledge of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures.
- Job location is Pune (Onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building agentic AI systems specifically for education or document intelligence use cases.
- Technically skilled in multi-agent AI orchestration, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and familiar with AI ethics and bias detection.
- Capable of contributing to AI research, possibly with prior publications or open-source project involvement, aiming for growth into AI engineering leadership roles.
