About This Role
- Lead and manage lifecycle and operational support for multiple applications used in Pharmaceutical Development and Global supplies within PDS.
- Own project delivery from requirements through deployment including schedule, scope, budget, risk management, and team leadership for IT solutions supporting scientific applications.
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to develop solutions addressing business needs, ensuring effective testing, training, change management, and continuous improvement of IT services.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience including all phases of SDLC with expertise in scientific applications, COTS, and custom built solutions.
- Experience managing teams including direct responsibility for hiring, performance, coaching, and resource oversight.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Educational qualification: University degree (implied advanced knowledge gained through university education).
