About This Role
- Lead delivery execution and sprint health across three software delivery teams, managing capacity and staffing.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership including architecture decisions, design reviews, code quality, and resolving complex engineering issues.
- Serve as primary escalation point for delivery management and coordinate release readiness against SOW deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering or delivery management experience in multi-team software programs.
- Strong expertise with sprint delivery health metrics, capacity planning, and engineering quality standards enforcement.
- Hands-on technical skills beyond Technical Lead level in application development, system design, architecture, code review, and production issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA and PMP/PgMP certification are preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing delivery risks and client-facing escalation in complex software engagements.
- Capable of mentoring Technical Leads and senior engineers while actively engaging in technical decisions.
- Familiarity with large team staffing (25+ members) and knowledge of AI/RAG delivery quality standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
