About This Role
- Manage multiple software development projects using Agile methodologies to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Lead Scrum teams by facilitating ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and improving productivity through metrics.
- Drive client retention and business growth by managing client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing and delivering software development projects.
- Proven experience as Scrum Master with relevant certification (CSM or similar) highly preferred.
- Technical expertise in Open Source Technologies including PHP, MERN, MEAN, Magento, WordPress; familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project.
