About This Role
- Lead design and continuously evolve user experiences for multiple SaaS applications serving SMB sales and marketing needs.
- Create detailed UI/UX prototypes and collaborate closely with engineers to deliver polished, functional products.
- Own design systems development and ensure alignment with company goals through user-centric design and testing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional product design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in product design with experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in human-centered design methodologies and digital UX documentation (e.g., site maps, flow diagrams).
- Capable of strategic product thinking and partnering closely with product managers to shape feature direction.
- Demonstrates technical fluency including basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
