Experienced in structured release management with strong governance and compliance mindset managing multi-environment, multi-tenant SaaS/platform releases.
Skilled in infrastructure monitoring, cost optimization, platform upgrade coordination, and vendor contract management in a SaaS/cloud environment.
Proven ability managing complex supply chain technology projects with international customer exposure and delivering value through methodical planning and cross-team leadership.
