About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of blended, online, and custom learning programs for Enterprise clients in the Europe Region.
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for client interactions, ensuring programs launch on schedule and meet client expectations.
- Design, configure, and maintain course content and user experience on Canvas LMS; oversee program logistics including sessions and communications.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience managing delivery and operations of learning journeys.
- Experience supporting clients from program initiation through completion.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, specifically Canvas LMS, and video conferencing tools like Zoom, Teams, or WebEx.
- Must work night shift hours aligned to US business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder learning programs across geographies, especially serving Enterprise clients.
- Strong operational focus with ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with learning design principles and capability to improve processes for better customer and learner satisfaction.
