About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for one or more Scrum teams.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles to help achieve self-organization and high performance while removing impediments and blockers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and use metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to monitor sprint progress and improve Agile maturity across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 years of work experience.
- Location: Hyderabad with Hybrid work mode.
- Must have experience in Scrum Master or Agile coaching roles.
- Immediate joiner is required.

- Experienced servant leader capable of driving Agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Product Owners, other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to shield teams from external distractions and promote cross-functional team ownership in a fast-paced IT services environment.
