Software Engineering PMTS - Cloud Security - Hyderabad

Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for infrastructure security and security guardrails across teams.

Design and build scalable shift-left security controls and policy-as-code frameworks that detect and prevent security risks early in the software lifecycle, from source code to runtime.

Own end-to-end technical outcomes including design, implementation, deployment, operational readiness, and ongoing improvement of security services at significant scale.

15+ years of software, systems, or security engineering experience with significant experience designing and delivering large-scale production systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong programming skills in Go, Java, or Python and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation).

Deep understanding of security engineering concepts including vulnerability management, configuration security, policy enforcement, and workload security.

Experienced in designing distributed, scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native security platforms operating at enterprise scale.

Proven ability to lead complex security initiatives from ambiguous problems through architecture, implementation, and production deployment with a risk-based security engineering approach.

Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on with strong knowledge of Kubernetes admission controls, policy-as-code, developer-focused security products, and AI-assisted development workflows.
