Lead profitability analyses for the GreenLake business and support finance rhythms like flash reporting, KPIs, OPRs, and executive business reviews.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in business finance or FP&A.
Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel; experience with EAP, SFDC, and BOE is ideal.
Ability to work primarily onsite at an HPE office.
Experience with services/solutions business finance or pricing/deal approvals is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong financial and business acumen with capability to link business trends to financial results effectively.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, independently drive outcomes, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global teams including sales, strategy, and finance.
