Thorough knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and current national/regional legal and regulatory requirements.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years as specified.
Experience operating as a trusted HR advisor with ability to influence senior management and proactively engage stakeholders within a large organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and shape HR programs aligned with strategic business goals, especially in talent identification, succession planning, and early career development.
Strong independent decision-making capability with effective prioritization skills in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
