About This Role
- Analyze and diagnose GPU/CPU hardware and system-level failures using logs, performance data, and firmware analysis to determine root causes and remediation.
- Coordinate hardware remediation activities including liaising with vendors and internal teams to decide on repair, replacement, or escalation.
- Identify failure patterns and improve RMA processes, hardware lifecycle management, and documentation related to failure analysis and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience managing RMA processes, hardware logistics, or infrastructure support in a technical environment.
- Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and system-level issues, specifically with NVIDIA and/or AMD GPU technologies.
- Proficiency using Jira for managing technical issues and RMA cases; familiarity with server hardware, firmware analysis, and vendor coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hardware lifecycle management and RMA workflows within data center or distributed infrastructure environments.
- Capable of detailed, systems-level technical analysis and effective communication with technical teams and vendors.
- Comfortable working in fast-evolving cloud infrastructure technology and resolving novel hardware/system issues.
