Proficiency using Jira for managing technical issues and RMA cases; familiarity with server hardware, firmware analysis, and vendor coordination.
Experienced in hardware lifecycle management and RMA workflows within data center or distributed infrastructure environments.
Capable of detailed, systems-level technical analysis and effective communication with technical teams and vendors.
Comfortable working in fast-evolving cloud infrastructure technology and resolving novel hardware/system issues.
