Experienced in finance process improvement and able to navigate complex cross-functional stakeholder environments to deliver operational improvements.
Detail-oriented and accountable, especially during month-end close and issue resolution phases, with a structured approach to testing and documentation.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and supporting finance transformation initiatives, including aspects of UAT and change management.
