Bachelor's degree; financial services experience and knowledge of State Street technologies preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing and delivering global technology solutions in dynamic, high-pressure environments with program management skills including planning and budgeting.
Strong technical background in Appian architecture and development, with exposure to process engineering, low code solutions, and AI/ML implementations.
Familiarity with financial services domain, preferably custody, accounting, insurance, or front-to-back technology systems, especially State Street's services and technology roadmap.
