About This Role
- Own the design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment of complex enterprise investment management software solutions, including core frameworks and primary system components.
- Drive technical excellence by delivering production-ready platforms and leading problem solving for major software projects or phases.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable solutions and provide guidance during code reviews and architecture discussions.
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related technical field; M.S. degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of progressively responsible professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot Microservices, cloud service deployment (Azure a plus), Kubernetes, Kafka, and relational databases (Postgres preferred, Snowflake as strong asset).
- At least 3 years working in Agile development methodology; financial services domain experience (Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Wealth Management) preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in building and deploying scalable, cloud-native microservice architectures within financial services or similar complex domains.
- Strong problem solver comfortable with multi-tiered high-performance database applications and advanced programming languages and frameworks.
