About This Role
- Own the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of complex enterprise investment management software platforms, including core frameworks critical to system operations.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready software solutions addressing business and technical problems within portfolio management and related financial domains.
- Lead technical problem solving, code review, testing strategies, and coordinate cross-team activities in an Agile environment to ensure product excellence and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 13 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot Microservices, cloud deployments (Azure a plus), microservice architectures, Kubernetes, and messaging systems like Kafka.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in Agile software development methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with deep expertise in building and deploying cloud-native microservices within financial services (portfolio management, trading, compliance domains preferred).
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end software delivery including architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting mission-critical applications.
- Experienced collaborator in Agile teams capable of leading design discussions, guiding development practices, and coordinating cross-team technical efforts.
