About This Role
- Drive operational excellence by developing and continuously improving scalable workflows, SOPs, process maps, and playbooks with AI-enhanced automation.
- Own and manage financial operations tasks including budget tracking, expense management, forecasting, and cost analysis alongside strategic project support.
- Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards, KPI tracking mechanisms, and support high-level division administration including meeting and action-item management.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in finance operations, business operations, project coordination, or related field (preferably in SaaS/technology).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides), Jira, Confluence, and reporting/dashboard tools like Looker Studio.
- Must work night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST in Chennai office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing and optimizing AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on budget tracking, forecasting, and resource planning experience.
- Capable of managing cross-functional reporting and communication tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting leadership effectively.
