About This Role
- Lead and manage a complex individual supply chain sub-category including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business priorities and influence marketplace dynamics in moderately complex categories.
- Develop and utilize data-driven supply chain, business, and financial models to optimize supply base and manage contract risk and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 6-10 years of procurement or supply chain experience, specifically in large global enterprises.
- Experience with procurement functions including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management; familiarity with agency contracting and benefit agreements preferred.
- Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex supply categories and skilled in data-driven decision making and financial modeling.
- Proficient in using procurement tools such as Fieldglass Smart Labor II and knowledgeable about contingent labor market and benefit agreements.
- Capable of influencing senior stakeholders globally and navigating contract risk areas with strong negotiation and risk mitigation capabilities.
