Lead database migration projects from on-premises SQL Server to Azure SQL Managed Instance/Database using Azure DMS and hybrid networking.
Implement advanced performance tuning, security controls, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) deployment pipelines, and manage Microsoft Fabric data platform components.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years hands-on experience in production database administration and cloud data platforms in enterprise environments.
Expertise in SQL Server internals and Azure SQL PaaS services (Managed Instance, Elastic Pools, Hyperscale) plus familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Mandatory high-speed broadband internet (min 50 Mbps) with wired home network setup for remote work.
