Experienced in managing and scaling professional services teams with strong consulting backgrounds and practice growth experience.
Comfortable leading technical design sessions and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI integrations, including generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks specifically within MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms.
