About This Role
- Lead and manage software engineering teams to develop and implement Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Oversee integration of APIs and microservices, promote adoption of ATDD and CI/CD practices, and ensure application lifecycle management.
- Drive project success by planning, executing, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining software quality and timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.
- Proficiency in Android development, Kotlin programming, CI/CD methodologies, and API/microservices integration expected.

- Background in technical fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
- Experience leading software project management and mentoring teams in complex development environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and apply analytical thinking to solve software engineering challenges.
