About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure software solutions focusing on UI and integration with backend services.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor software development team members, define coding standards, and drive technical innovation and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on object-oriented programming experience in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript UI frameworks.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS and microservice architecture with API integration (REST, gRPC, graphQL).
- Position is 100% in-office; minimal travel required.

- Experienced in building or maintaining cloud-native applications and large-scale platforms with real-time complex transactions.
- Proficient in designing secure, maintainable software solutions including database schema design and caching technologies.
- Strong technical leadership with ability to mentor and set coding best practices in a multi-project development environment.
